Hello! I'm Dimitra Dimitropoulou, a Human Resources & Digital Marketing professional, speaker, mentor, and DEIB Champion, on a mission to help people and businesses grow! My personal mantra is 'I have what it takes to be successful.' Success means different things to me at different times, so I continuously push myself out of my comfort zone to gain knowledge and experiences contributing to my success. This mantra, combined with my background, fuels my passion for helping others in their professional journey, whether in HR or marketing.
I am particularly passionate about leveraging AI for good, ensuring that technology is used ethically to create positive impacts within businesses and communities. With experience in both the European and North American markets, I bring a global perspective to my work. I hope we can work together to help you in your endeavors.
EDUCATION, CAREER & MY GOALS
I hold degrees in Business, Digital Marketing, Communications, Psychology, and Leadership from three of Canada's top universities, and I've spent over 10 years working in various roles within Human Resources, Digital Marketing, Event Planning, Project Management, and Client Relations across companies of all sizes and industries. During this time, I’ve helped people and companies grow by implementing effective strategies and building genuine relationships which have led to greater customer satisfaction and increased revenue.
In addition to my extensive experience within corporate and agency environments, I proudly offer specialized consultancy services in Marketing and Human Resources across a wide spectrum of topics to clients around the world.
